This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No. 186 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 431 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Dhenkanal for commission of offence under Sections 294/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec.25/27 of the Arms Act. 4.

This Court is not inclined to exercise discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in respect of Petitioner No.1-Srikanta Rana, taking into account his criminal proclivity as stated by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application in respect Petitioner No.1- Srikanta Rana is dismissed.

So far as Petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 are concerned, taking into account the generality of the allegations, this Court directs that on

surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
