Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who wants to intervene in the writ petition. He submits, his client is younger brother of petitioner. He ought to have been made party in the writ petition. 2.
Mr. Balakrishna, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, applicant is co-borrower. The deceased left behind account, in which there is lying approximately Rs.10 lakhs.

Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner, the elder brother and submits, there be direction for application of the money lying in the account with State Bank of India (SBI) against housing and over draft loan account nos.407106510010087, 407106650010220 and
// 2 // 407104050000022 with the Union Bank, College Square, Cuttack.

Applicant is added as opposite party in the writ petition. Consolidated cause title be filed by petitioner. The I.A. is disposed of.
