Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody being remanded in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.270 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.254 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 392/34 of IPC.

It is alleged that the petitioners came in a motorcycle and snatched away a bag containing Rs.2,00,300/-, a cheque book, a pass book and a phone from the informant and fled away. It is alleged that the petitioners were arrested in another case and taken on remand in this case entirely on the basis of statement of the coaccused. 5.
Considering the submissions as above and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and
proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
