This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Tahasildar, Puri-Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of Mutation Case No.2159 of 2020.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioners and averment made in the writ petition, this Court directed learned State Counsel to take instruction with regard to the status of Mutation Case No.2159 of 2020 pending before the Tahasildar, Puri.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction submits that Mutation Case No.2159 of 2020 is still pending for consideration before the Tahasildar, Puri and he requires three-four months time for disposal of the mutation case in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that on production of certified copy of this order, the Tahasildar, Puri-Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to make an

// 2 // endeavour to adjudicate the Mutation Case No.2159 of 2020 pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably by end of September, 2022 following due procedure of law, if there is no legal impediment.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
