This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. is filed for extension of period of surrender before the learned Court below which is directed by this Hon'ble Court in order dated 19.05.2022.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and the submissions made, this court directs that the period for surrender of petitioner Nos.1 and 3 as stated in Paragraph-6 of the order is extended for a further period of three weeks from today. The rest of the order remains unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
