Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2021 in connection with Koira P.S. Case No.127 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.692 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bonai for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 379/411/468/471/34 of IPC.

It is alleged that the petitioner committed theft of Hyva vehicle belonging to the informant, which was recovered from the State of Jharkhand subsequently. It is alleged that the petitioner is habitually involved in theft of heavy commercial vehicles. However, it appears that charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner appears to be a permanent resident under Koira Police Station in the district of Sundargarh. 5.
Having regard to the above facts and the period of detention of the petitioner in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to
impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
