Heard the submissions of respective parties.

Taking this Court to Annexure-10 and looking to the nature of order at Annexure-12 learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that the order at Annexure-12 appears to be passed involving an order of review.

For the opinion of this Court, even assuming that the order at Annexure-12 is an outcome of a review attempt, since the review order ultimately merges with the main proceeding i.e. a proceeding U/s.8(A) of the OLR Act, which order remains appealable, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. For the availability of a statutory remedy of appeal, this Writ Petition is not maintainable. 4.
