This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 569 of 2022 arising out of Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Keonjhar for commission of offence under Sections 341/323/354/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. Learned court below while fixing the terms shall ensure that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every fifteen days.

Violation of conditions of such appearance shall entail cancelation of bail.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
