This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.5.2022 passed by this Court in this ABLAPL.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the recitals in the I.A., the offences as stated in paragraph-3 of the order dated 19.05.2022 be read as U/s. 498-A, 294,323,506 and 34 of IPC and Section 4 of DP Act instead of under Sections 294/506/507/34 of the I.P.C.

Rest of the order dated 19.05.2022 remains unaltered.

Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioners are permitted to surrender in the aforesaid ABLAPL before the court in seisin over the matter within three weeks from today. 7.

Inconvenience caused to the petitioners is regretted. 08.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
