1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. This petition has been filed by the Petitioners to recall the order dated 5.1.2022 and restore CRLMC No.3389 of 2019 to file.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties in the meantime. Therefore, CRLMC be restored to file.

4. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to restore CRLMC to file and accordingly, the same stands rejected.

5. However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to file a fresh petition for quashment of the cognizance on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties, if so advised.
