This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner's grievance in essence is that as she did not submit her willingness for extension of period of engagement as Anganwadi Worker in Sriramnagar-II Anganwadi Centre Town/District: Khurda for a period of two years beyond 60 years in the prescribed format, in view of the revised guidelines, her services have not been extended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertaken to submit the willingness of the petitioner along with a fresh medical certificate to continue beyond the period of two years in the prescribed form to the Sub-Collector, Khurda Opposite Party No.4 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
If such an application in the prescribed format along with copy of this order is filed before the Sub-Collector, Khurda, the
same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within a period of one week from such decision.
