Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No. 199 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 458 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Dhenkanal for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/323/294//506/34 of the I.P.C. and sec.4 of the D.P.Act.

Taking into account the recitals of the anticipatory bail application that matrimonial proceedings inter se between the parties are pending, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
