Bachala Amulu v. State Govt. Of Odisha
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
W.P.(C) No. 9481 OF 2022 Smt. Bachala Amulu ....
Petitioner Mr. Pramod Kumar Pattnaik, Advocate -versusState Government of Odisha and others .... Opp. Parties
CORAM:
JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA
ORDER
Order No.
02.09.2022 01.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:
"Under above circumstances the Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit petitioner's writ case and after hearing both sides be pleased to pass final orders in issuing writ of mandamous/certiorari or any other appropriate writs or directions which may be deemed fit and proper to her case and further be pleased to direct both Dist. Sub-Registrar Chatrapur and Tahasildar/Addl.
Tahasildar Chatrapur to set-aside/deletion of the wrongful orders/entries made by their officers in their connected mutation records/registers passed by their officers in the matter in exercising their powers as provided under law aforesaid to record the lands covered under Khata No.43 in favour of the petitioner's family members and/or to pass such other orders/directions as Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the best interest of justice."
3.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner does not challenge any particular order. It, however, appears that he is effectively challenging the reply dated 19th February, 2022
// 2 // issued by the District Sub-Registrar, Ganjam, Chatrapur to the notice of the Petitioner under Section 80 C.P.C. 4.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is a misconceived one and accordingly the same is dismissed as not maintainable.
