None appears on Second call when the matter is called. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.51 of 2015, arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.186 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned District & Sessions Court, Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/34 of the IPC.

It is seen that the petitioner had earlier moved this Court in ABLAPL No.8945 of 2018 and was disposed of by order dated 11.04.2019 allowing the petitioner to surrender. 5.

On perusal of the recitals in the present ABLAPL it is seen that certificate to the said effect has not been given.

Taking into account the conduct of the petitioner this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction. The ABLAPL accordingly stands dismissed.
