This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Astaranga P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 267 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Nimapara for commission of offence under Sections 341/307 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of injury report submits that injuries are simple in nature and both the petitioner and informant are of the same village 5.
Taking note of such submission of the learned counsel for the State, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
