2. Heard Mr. P.K. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

3. Mr. Jena, learned counsel has stated that the statement made by Mrs. Saswata Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate on 20.6.2022 is absolutely correct that the victim has been recovered and put in the custody of the CWC. As such, we do not find any reason to continue with this proceeding. Accordingly, the same is closed.
