Mr. Udgata, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks one time settlement (OTS) with the bank. She made representation dated 21st February, 2022. He submits further, there be direction upon the bank to consider his client's representation and deal with it. Mr. Niamati, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, his client has initiated recovery by invoking provisions in Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's said representation dated 21st February, 2022 and inform her result thereof within three weeks of communication. 3.
