This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This application has been filed by the Under Secretary to Government, Works Department, Lokseva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar for extension of time further three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, objects to the extension of time on the ground that initially time was allowed by this Court and further this application has been filed after expiry of time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022. 4.

However, considering the surrounding facts and taking into consideration, as a last chance, this Court grants six weeks time to comply the order dated 25.04.2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
