Heard Mr.Chhatoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

According to Mr.Chhatoi, the petitioner is aggrieved by the attempt of the authorities to construct a road over her leasehold land though the lease has not been determined. He further submits that if the opposite parties are bent up constructing a Ring Road, then, the petitioner be leased some other land for her residential purpose and she also be granted some compensation as per law. He also submits that though highlighting all her grievances the petitioner has filed a representation dated 30.3.2022 before the Collector & District Magistrate, Bolangir (opposite party No.2) vide Annexure-5, however, till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the said representation within a specific time period. For the interregnum, he prays that the interest of the petitioner

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation under Annexure-5 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 4.

Till disposal of the representation, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to Plot No. 1343 under Khata No. 368/1802 measuring an area of Ac.0.034 decimals of Mouza-Bolangir.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.

A free copy of this order be handed over to Mr.Nanda for onwards transmission and compliance.
