This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical mode).

Heard Mr. S.K. Padhi, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.S. Rizvi, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Balasore Vigilance P.S. Case No.7 of 2021 Corresponding to V.G.R. No.2 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Special Court of Vigilance, Keonjhar, she shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting

// 2 // Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that she will cooperate with the investigation as and when required for the purpose and will not tamper the evidence. The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 22nd July, 2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
