It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to WPC (OAC) No. 2001 of 2018 (Rajkishore Das and Anr. V. State of Odisha and Ors), which has been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 20.09.2022.
