This is an application for restoration of CRLMC No.4380 of 2011, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 30th March, 2022.

As the ground stated in the petition is not convincing, the prayer for restoration of CRLMC No.4380 of 2011 is rejected. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMA stands dismissed.
