This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.154 of 2018 arising out of Parjang P.S. Case No.155 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Parjang for alleged commission of offences under section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case diary submitted that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under section 406 of

// 2 // the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of accusation against petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection as per the order dated 09.04.2021 and there is no material that he has misutilized the terms and conditions of the interim order, the interim order dated 09.04.2021 is made absolute.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
