2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the Opposite Party to release the vehicle bearing registration number OD-35-A-0316 in favour of the Petitioner.

3. Mr. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport submits that the aforesaid vehicle has already been released in favour of the Petitioner.

4. In view of such submission, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
