Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Accountant General.

This is an application for modification filed by Opposite Party No.4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.4 that the W.P.(C) No.12212 of 2021 was disposed of by order dated 30.06.2022 but in 6th line and in 8th line of paragraph-16, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Opposite Party No.4" instead of "Opposite Party No.1". Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.4, this Court directs that 6th line and in 8th line of paragraph-16, it be mentioned as "Opposite Party No.1" in place of

// 2 // "Opposite Party No.4", rest part of the order remaining the same. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
