Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandipur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 978 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Balasorfe for commission of offence under Sections 272/273/34 of the I.P.C. and sec.52(a) of Orissa Excise Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and age of the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
