Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Angul P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 502 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Angul for commission of offence under Sections 498/323506/34 of the I.P.C. and sec. 4 of the D.P.Act. 4.

Taking into account the litigation under Sec. 13(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act between the parties, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
