This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. is filed for modification of order dated 19.05.2022. 4.

Taking into account the peculiar nature of the lis, this Court is persuaded to modify order passed on 19.05.2022 in as much as it is directed that instead of surrendering the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of arrest.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Agency on the date summoned. In the event the investigating agency is of the opinion that desired corporation is not being extended by the petitioner. It shall be open for them to seek variance of this order.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
