Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 432 of 2022 arising out of Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Cuttack for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/323/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec.4 of the D.P.Act. 4.

Taking into account the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No.1 S.Dharma Rao @ Roy, husband is likely to join the informant in matrimony, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
