Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Turumunga P.S. Case No. 33 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Keonjhar for commission of offence under Sections 498A/323/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the recitals in F.I.R. which prima facie are against the husband Chandan Kumar Panda, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
