Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Deogarh P.S. Case No. 272 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 401 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Deogarh for commission of offence under Sections 379 of the I.P.C. and Section 11(1)/11(2) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals As 4.

Taking note of such submission of the learned counsel for the State, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the

learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper including that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once in every month. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
