The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jatni P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 199 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Jatni for commission of offence under Sections 452/341/323/354/354(B)/506 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
