None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This writ petition has been filed apprehending forceful seizure of the vehicle of the Petitioner bearing Registration No.OD09-V-0079 (Truck). 4.

Office note indicates that notice could not be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 due to non-filing of requisites by the Petitioner. On perusal of the record, it appears that vide order dated 6th May, 2022, this Court while issuing notice to the Opposite Party No.2 directed the Petitioner to file requisites within ten working days. Further, on 8th July, 2022, an adjournment was sought for on behalf of the Petitioner to take out notice on Opposite Party No.2 by 11th July, 2022. It appears that the Petitioner has not complied with any of the directions of this Court.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
