This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1658 of 2019, arising out of Bidanasi P.S. Case No.174 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D. J.M.(S), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 447/294/506/34 the IPC.

Taking into account that both the petitioners are ladies. Taking note of the proviso under Section 437(1) Cr.P.C., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned
Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
