None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called. It appears that the order dated 18.08.2017 passed in S.T. Case No. 32 of 2016 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Deogarh rejecting an application under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. by the accused persons for discharging them from the alleged offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 384/ 302/ 294/ 506/ 149 of IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) / 3 (2)(x) S.C./S.T. (POA) Act has been challenged.

More than four years have elapsed in the meanwhile. The matter has been listed for Fresh Admission for the first time today. The matter must have become infructuous.

The CRLREV is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021,
