Case No. 32 of 2016 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Deogarh rejecting an application under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. by the accused persons for discharging them from the alleged offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 384/ 302/ 294/ 506/ 149 of IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) / 3 (2)(x) S.C./S.T. (POA) Act has been challenged.
More than four years have elapsed in the meanwhile. The matter has been listed for Fresh Admission for the first time today. The matter must have become infructuous.
The CRLREV is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
