This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.335 of 2022, arising out of Nimapara P.S. Case No.101 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Nimapara for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/284/323/324/354/380/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there has been allegation and counter allegation in as much as in the FIR filed by the present petitioner is against the informant in respect of which this present ABLAPL is filed. He is earlier in point of time taking note of the same, this Court directs

that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
