This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.423 of 2020, arising out of Nalco Township P.S. Case No.19 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Angul for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420 of the IPC.

Taking into account the allegations in the FIR and taking note of the fact that charge sheet has already been filed and the allegations are more or less than documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving
for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
