This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

Ms. A. Sahoo and associates are appearing for the informant. The same has to be indicated in the file as well as in the cause list.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.205 of 2022, arising out of Itamati P.S. Case No.77 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Nayagarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/294/323/326/307/506/149 of the IPC.

Keeping in view the age of the Petitioner Nos.9 and 10, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and

moving for bail, Petitioner Nos.9 and 10 shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the bail application in respect of Petitioner Nos.1 to 8 and 11. Accordingly the Bail application in respect of Petitioner Nos.1 to 8 and 11 stands not pressed.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
