Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.
It is submitted by the Mr. P.K. Nayak that he has entered appearance on behalf of the informant on 18.07.2022. Registry is requested to tress the Vakalatnama and tag with the file. 4.
The petitioner is an accused in C.T. (Spl.) (POCSO) Case No.19 of 2022, on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Jajpur, arising out of Kuakhai P.S. Case No.31 of 2022, under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/376(3) of the IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 18.03.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Jajpur by order dated 08.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 6.
Taking into account the tenor of the 164 statements and charge sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
