The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.323 of 2022, arising out of Rambha P.S. Case No.95 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Khallikote, DistGanjam for commission of offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n)/506/294/34 of the IPC.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application to exercise in its jurisdiction under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, the ABLAPL dismissed as not pressed.
