This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1713 of 2020, arising out of Deogaon P.S. Case No.294 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Bolangir for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/325/379/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
