This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid anticipatory bail application has been disposed of on 19.05.2022, but inadvertently, it has been mentioned as '19.04.2022'. He files the computer generated case status downloaded from Orissa High Court Website to that effect, which is taken on record. Learned counsel further submitted that in the order dated 19.05.2022, the name of petitioner no.1 has been inadvertently mentioned as 'Deepak Balarsingh' in place

// 2 // of 'Deepak Baliarsingh'.

In view of such submission, in the date of order, the letters '04' is scored out by me in red ink in open Court and corrected as '05'. Similarly, in the surname of petitioner no.1, the letter 'i' is inserted after the letter 'l' in red ink by me in open Court. Registry shall carry out necessary corrections in the order in the High Court Website.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 19.05.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
