The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Opposite Parties to accept their nomination and allow them to contest in the election to the Board of Management of Cuttack District Co-operative Milk Producers Union.

It appears from the record that the writ petition was filed on 10th June, 2010 and in the meantime, more than twelve years has already elapsed. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
