This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:
" It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow this writ petition by directing the Opp.Parties to sanction and disburse the arrear duty pay of the Petitioner from 01.04.2016 to 11.08.2016 by further sanctioning the leave period so also leave salary from 31.07.2013 to 27.12.2013 with further sanctioning the GIS amount as due and admissible to the Petitioner within a time bound period for the interest of justice.
And may further be pleased to pass any other order(s) as deems fit and proper for the bona fide interest of justice." 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that
// 2 // ventilating his grievance, the Petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Famers Empowerment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1 on 30.11.2021 and 29.11.2021 under Annexure3 & 4. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representations are pending as of now. 5.
Learned Additional Government Advocate on the other hand submits that he has no objection if the representations of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.1 which is stated to be pending within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law. 6.
Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.1 to consider the representations of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representations of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order keeping in view Annexure-5. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
