Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.689 of 2022, arising out of Kendrapara P.S. Case No.154 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Kenrapara for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/323/307/498-A/379/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the role ascribed to the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall

be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
