1. It appears that vide order No.23, dated 21st February, 2017 this Court directs listing of the matter along with CRMC No.3867 of 1999 before the Division Bench for appropriate orders. Subsequently, vide order dated 26th October, 2022 this Court directed the State to take instruction as regards whereabouts the Petitioner.

2. Keeping in view the fact that the Petitioner was a resident of the State of West Bengal and the fact that the CRMC is ordinarily assigned the matter of the Division Bench. Office is directed to place the record before the appropriate Bench with permission of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

3. As regards the CRREV is concerned, the same has been entitled at the instance of Shyam Sundar Dutta. Learned counsel for the Petitioner in CRREW No.242 of 1999 while submitting not to
