Heard Mr. B.S. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Mr. Mohanty submits that in the matter of registration of F.I.R., instead of approaching the I.I.C., Hirakud Police Station (opposite party No.3), the petitioner has unnecessarily filed a representation before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Sambalpur under Annexure-1 series. In such background, Mr. Panigrahi wants to withdraw this application as he was to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
