This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 3.

Considering the submissions and on going through the entire case diary including the postmortem report; keeping in view the role said to have been played by this Petitioner as those emanate from the statement of the witnesses, does not said that the Petitioner has misused the liberty granted by order of this Court dated 13.05.2020, further taking into account the factum of grant of bail to the co-accused persons on bail, this Court feels inclined to direct that the Petitioner be released on bail on his surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Simulia P.S. Case No.67 of 2020 arising corresponding to C.T. Case No.215 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Soro, within two weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
