In spite of general notice being brought to the notice of all the Advocate of the Bar even displaying several copies of such list including of the case at hand at Serial No.222 of the monthly ready list since 01.12.2022, even after such notice put to Bar, the matter is taken up after twelve days of such publication. Nobody is showing interest in arguing the matter. Considering the matter is pending since 2010, the matter stands dismissed.
