Heard learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Talcher P.S. Case No.116 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.529 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 294, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that in this case the injured is one Haresh Nayak and he has sustained simple injuries.

// 2 // Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the State that the injured has sustained simple injuries and the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection since 12.04.2021 and there is no material that he has misutilized his liberty, the interim order dated 12.04.2021 is made absolute. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
